Hello Mehdi, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that the assigned carrier company was able to help make your auto transport experience a good one. We love to hear from our customers so that we know how our carrier companies perform but most importantly how Montway performs. We regret to read of your experience with Montway. Please note Montway offers a 1 to 5 business day pickup window from the first available date. This information is provided at the time of booking, listed on our website and all email communications. It does appear that your first available date was 12/14. Your vehicle was assigned/dispatched to a carrier company on 12/19, just 4 days into the 1-5 business days offered by Montway. We understand that most of our customers have time restraints and although we do our very best to make accommodations we cannot guarantee dates. Please also note the holiday does play a role in the auto transport industry as a lot of drivers tend to plan to go home to their families. We certainly apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced. We care about our customers and do our best to provide top service.
