What a great company!
Now, I work as a moving broker, so I know how moving is. I hired montway for my relocation from west Palm beach, FL to Oregon. I was hesitant because I absolutely didn't want to use a broker because I know about the industry, however, I obviously gave them a chance. I knew that the route is not the easiest to get a driver to sign off on it, so I went with a company that used multiple carriers. They subcontracted my car to "Four Point Transportation inc" out of Florida (amazing customer service and the driver answers the phone everytime). I was worried that my price would double and triple (which is usual in this industry), but the customer service rep reassured me. I got my car picked up, then dropped off in 8 days which was fantastic. I had to drive a quarter mile because the roads were really narrow and the truck couldnt fit, which is completely understandable. He had to unload a car or two in order to get to mine and didn't complain once.
Overall, great company, great service, great move.
