They never found a transport for me

I ordered an enclosed transport the beginning of April for $1,399. On April 25, they called and found a transport pick up in Florida for April 26 and estimated delivery to MN was May 9-11!!! 13-15 days from pick up! On their website they say time without your car is 5-7 calendar days for 1500-2000 miles...we are 1600 miles. The 13-15 days was 2-5 times their time indicated. I immediately told them that was unacceptable...no way did they need to have my car that long! That is not what was indicated on their website and I would never have agreed to such a ridiculous time. They charged me the $199 anyway. On Thursday, April 26, I called them for status and found out they only have 8 carriers for enclosed and 92 for open air...so then we changed to get the open air as they said that would be much faster and that price would be $1,099. On Saturday, April 28 I received a call that they could pick it up Wed or Thurs, May 2-3 but that the carrier would cost me an additional $200. I said NO WAY, again not what they promised. I called on Monday, April 30. They said they have escalated their search to find me a carrier and to give it another day...Tuesday came and went with no call. I just called today and still nothing...they’re “still” working on it. Their website says they generally pick up your call in 1-5 days from first available...we’re at day 9 and still nothing. When I first called they told me they ship 200 cars a days during this time from Florida to Minnesota...but I can’t seem to get on one of them. I asked for my money back today as they haven’t followed through on ANY of their website information and was told the $199 was non refundable since I was canceling. I advised they have not followed through on one single thing they advertise and that I shouldn’t be penalized for their lack of finding something. Still waiting for a call back from their management team. I’m writing this review and am contacting the BBB next since they had an A+ rating that is why I selected them, but for the life of me cannot figure out how they could have that rating considering my nightmare experience. I find it hard to believe I’m the only one. I’m also contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge as well as they stated my deposit was non refundable.
