I booked a shipment from columbia last Friday 07/20. The pick up was initially for 07/23 and its been 4 days and the car has not been picked up. Every day they change the date and I have to follow up to get updates because they dont call me.

However this company was able to stepped up and the driver was very professional explaining what the issues were. The explanations were very credible and I expressed my gratitude and my willingness to work with them again.
