Hello Mike, we understand you had an issue with the assignment of a carrier to your vehicle. We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. Our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Our goal is to provide you with any available options that our team may come across. You may decide to accept or decline the option. We received your booked order on 10/5/2018. You received an email giving you the details of your order and letting you know that the dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We expect to assign a carrier to your vehicle within 1 - 5 business days of your first available pickup date which was 10/8/2018, however, this is depending on your route. We have reviewed your conversation with the booking agent and there was no restriction on your pickup date. We understand that you were worried about the delivery as it needed to be after 10/15/2018 which our team kept that in mind. We have more carriers with open haulers in our network than we do enclosed. At the time we did not have an enclosed carrier operating your route. Our team did come across a carrier with an open hauler that was interested in transporting your vehicle and we went ahead and gave you a call. We're sorry to hear that wouldn't work for you and that you decided to cancel your order.
