Hello Scott, we see you had issues with the pickup of your vehicle. We apologize for the delay that was caused. Montway is both a licensed broker and a licensed motor carrier. As stated in our terms and conditions and in the email after you booked your order, our dates are estimated and not guaranteed as delays can happen. The first available pickup date you gave us was 10/26/2018. Your vehicle was assigned to a carrier on 10/23/2018 with an estimated pickup date of 10/31/2018 and an estimated delivery date of 11/1/2018-11/2/2018. The carrier was delayed and managed to pick up your vehicle on 11/1/2018 and it was delivered on 11/6/2018. Our records indicate that your vehicle was transported at the booked cost of $599, we have no record of a price increase.
