I attempted to use another recommended transport service before using Montway. When they took over three weeks and stopped returning phone calls, I contacted Montway via the web. I submitted a request for quote on Thursday night (after hours), received the quote and confirmed the order within 10 minutes. Within 14 hours of booking the order, I was contacted by Montway and told a truck was going to pick up my car that day (Friday) or Saturday. Montway's communication was excellent and they called me multiple times during the process. There was a chance that my car was going to picked up Friday night but another customer made the driver wait and it got too late to pick up my car (not Montway's fault). Saturday morning at 10:00 am, I received a call that the Montway driver was 15 minutes away. The driver came, loaded my car (the last spot on the carrier) and left. We were told the car would arrive in AZ on Thursday (reasonable given that it is around 2,200 miles away). On Tuesday afternoon (two days early), I received a call from the family member at the destination saying that the car was being delivered later that afternoon. It was delivered as it was picked up - no interior or exterior damage and two days early! After weeks of trying to use another carrier, Montway delivered my car over 2,000 miles in five days from initial quote to final drop-off. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
