In the end satisfied. Here's my story. Used the chat function on the website to book the car. That worked great. :) Needed the car picked up in 5 days. It took 7. Not a huge deal but still a slight delay. They did communicate with me which was nice and provided non specific updates on getting the car picked up. When I did get the call that they found a carrier I had to add $400 to make it happen. A bit frustrating but they told me it was not a popular route. Okay! Very, very satisfied with the carrier chosen. He communicated well, delivered on time and the car was well taken care of. Big Smile! :) Again, overall satisfied, but do realize if you are not on a "popular" route they may ask for more money and take a few more days in the process.
