Hello Jaquine, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. As stated in your order confirmation that you received after booking your order as well as our terms and conditions, our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We estimate to assign a carrier for pickup between 1-5 business days from the first available pickup date. Your first available pickup date was 12/7/2018 which was also the date you booked your order. According to the Copart listing, your vehicle was sold on 12/4/2018 and in order to avoid storage fees, your vehicle must be picked up within 3-5 days depending on the location. You were also booked with other companies to try to get your vehicle moved. Please understand that by having an order with multiple companies will bid each other out. This is what happened in your case and caused your rate to increase. The option was found and presented to you. It is up to you to accept or decline an option. We then received your cancelation request 3 business days after your first available pickup date.
