Hello, Lourens, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As stated in our terms and conditions and as well as on the booking confirmation that was emailed to you, our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Our team advised you that we would take into consideration of your request for delivery on 12/15 by 10am, however we would not be able to guarantee it as the carrier is subject to delays outside of our control. The carrier did suffer a mechanical breakdown 50 miles away from the delivery location. Unfortunately, he would not be able to deliver by 10 am on 12/15/2018 but could have had another driver pickup your vehicle and deliver it in the evening. The carrier has agreed to compensate you for the 50 miles remaining on the trip since you decided to pick up your vehicle from the breakdown location to which you have declined.
