Simple, easy process. Will use them again when shipping my other car next week. PHX to NY in 4 days, amazing!! I spoke with Carter in the home office who was very reassuring to me, since I've never shipped a car before. As stated, everything went as smoothly as it could have. Great communication from driver, and arrived when he said he would.
