I had heard some horror stories of people shipping their cars across the country. This was the furthest from my experience with Montoya. Communication from the beginning was prompt and helpful, my driver Ricky provided great communication along the way - letting me know he would be a day later than expected, but still before the quoted time - due to snow along the route. Very understandable and I appreciated the update. Meeting the driver for pickup and delivery was easy too. Overal positive experience and would use them again should the need arise
