Hello, Steve, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our records indicate that your vehicle was available for pickup on 3/27/2019, however, at the time of booking, we did not have a time restriction to pick up your vehicle after 1 pm. The first carrier was unable to accommodate the time and our team was able to secure the next available Carrier. It was miscommunicated to the driver that there was no balance left to be paid at the time of delivery and we have addressed your concerns with the Carrier. We have also refunded the amount back to your form of payment.
