Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As our team let you know our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. This was also in the booking confirmation email that you received after booking your order on 04/04/2019. We had your first available pickup date as 04/04/2019. We estimate to assign a carrier for the pickup of your vehicle within 1 - 5 business days from that date. Unfortunately, due to the route not being frequented, there was a delay in assigning a carrier. We're sorry to see that you canceled your order with us.
