Hello Tim, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As stated in the booking confirmation email that you received, our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We expect to assign a carrier within 1 - 5 business days of your first available pickup date depending on your route. Your route was not being frequented at the time which caused the delay in assigning a carrier. Our team presented you with an option to get your vehicle picked up as quickly as possible. The additional funds would go directly to the carrier for the added time and gas to accommodate your vehicle. We're sorry to see that you canceled your order with us.
