What I didn't know before I shipped my car with Montway is that they are essentially the middle-men between the customer and the driver. The freight drivers that Montway assigns to you are from individual companies, and have varying response rates. My review is about the service that Montway provides, which includes finding you a carrier, corresponding with the drivers, and preparing related documents. In this sense, Montway does a great job. Their representatives are very courteous, dedicated, and understanding. Every person I've contacted has tried their best to answer my questions, and I truly appreciate that. The companies that do the actual shipping are not quite on par. They can be difficult to reach, from my experience. However, Montway does take responsibility for them for the most part, and often mediates between parties. Overall, it's a good service to use if you're not familiar with shipping companies in general.
