Hello Bridget, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As our team let you know our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. This was also in the booking confirmation email that you received when you booked your order. We estimate to assign a carrier for the pickup of your vehicle within 1 - 5 business days from your first available pickup date. Our team will present you with any options that we may come across to ship your vehicle. The additional funds would go directly to the Carrier for any added time and gas to accommodate your route. If this is something that wouldn't work for you, we would understand and we'd continue to work on your shipment at your booked rate. We were informed that the trailer that transported the vehicle did have an incident and damaged the road near your delivery location. The vehicle, as well as the driver, were unharmed. Please know that Montway only assists in issues related to the vehicle. Despite this, Montway offered goodwill for the inconveniences that occurred. Montway does everything we can to assist its customers. Again, we apologize that this was not to your satisfaction. Thank you for your time and patience throughout.
