I was moving from Illinois to San Jose and ordered a premium service to make sure I can receive my car as soon as possible when I get to the new place. I talked to many other companies and they all said guaranteed same-day pick-up was impossible, but Montway was able to do that. The customer service responded very quickly to every email or chat that I sent, and was very patient during my payment. Pick-up at both locations was very smooth and the driver gave me almost 2-day notice before the pick-up. I used another company for car shipping before and it was very unpleasant since the actual pick-up date was almost 2 weeks after the day they guaranteed. If you are looking for punctual delivery and good customer service, you should definitely consider Montway. It might be a little expensive than other small companies, but the time you saved will definitely save you more on Uber cost when you get to your destination.
