Classic bait and switch, they had my car booked for 5 days before anything was even done, and the only reason they even did anything was because I called for a update and when I did I was not assisted at all, blown off and treated like trash. I called back and asked for a manager, I spoke to Joe who I suggested should review their recorded message for training purposes and train his associates. In the end someone else called me and said they could pick up my vehicle that day but it would be a extra $160.00, they had already wasted 5 days. I said yes, but I expressed to them that I was not happy. In the end I did not even get a apology fro the inferior customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere you will be treated right. He offered nothing in the form of compensation for the bait and switch the played on me. Seems like he was more concerned with their rating than their customers

We estimate to assign a carrier within one to several business days from the first available pick up date of 9/5/2019. The typical transit time for this route once picked up is 5-7 days. We can confirm the vehicle was picked up on 9/6/2019 and delivered on 9/9/2019. Our team will present you with any options that we may come across to ship your vehicle. The additional funds would go directly to the Carrier for any added time and gas to accommodate your route. If this is something that wouldn't work for you, we would understand and we'd continue to work on your shipment at your booked rate.
