Please note that our dates are estimated and not guaranteed as stated in our terms and conditions as well as the booking confirmation you received on 8/31/2019. We estimate to assign a carrier within one to several business days from the first available pick up date of 9/5/2019. The typical transit time for this route once picked up is 5-7 days. We can confirm the vehicle was picked up on 9/6/2019 and delivered on 9/9/2019. Our team will present you with any options that we may come across to ship your vehicle. The additional funds would go directly to the Carrier for any added time and gas to accommodate your route. If this is something that wouldn't work for you, we would understand and we'd continue to work on your shipment at your booked rate. We will make sure your order is audited in full and will be speaking with the agents that were involved to clear up any confusion and communication on Montway operational procedures and standards.
