Overall I had a great experience shipping my Mini Cooper S from Philadelphia to Seattle with Montway. They were very good about setting expectations and assuring proper delivery. The first driver they dispatched had to be replaced as he was being unreliable, asking to meet up outside of reasonable expectations (and the terms of the contract), and basically belligerent. They really wanted me to try to work it out with the driver - at first he was just really late - which was a little frustrating (but I guess understandable). Once the driver starting being unreasonable and unpleasant, however, they un-dispatched him immediately and replaced him with a driver who turned out to be great. I hope I never have to ship a car again :) but if I do I'll definitely being using them again.
