Hello Steven, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience. We are happy to hear the driver (Juan) did a great job. We looked into your LiveChat conversation and could see that the chat was disconnected. There are a number of reasons this could have occurred. In this case, it was due to the connection breaking.
