Thank you for providing your feedback, Ryan. We pride ourselves on excellent service and we are sorry to hear that you did not experience that in your recent transport. We have contacted both the customer and carrier to resolve this matter and refunded our broker fee for the inconvenience. All carriers we work with are fully vetted by our in-house carrier compliance team as we ensure all our carriers are properly licensed, insured and equipped to transport and deliver vehicles safe and sound. We expect our carriers to be courteous and respectful at all times. We will be further auditing the order with the carrier.
