Hello Jason, we're sorry to hear that there was an issue with your service. We indicate as part of our booking confirmation that at the time of pickup and delivery, the customer and Carrier will carefully inspect the vehicle and will both acknowledge the condition of the vehicle. This is done via the Bill of Lading and is the most important document in auto transport, as it acts as both a receipt and an inspection report. Our claims team has reached out to you in order to assist with your reported issue. We ask that you reply to them as soon as possible.
