Hello Wiehan, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and review. As you are aware from booking, Montway cannot and does not guarantee delivery dates and times. Delays may occur prior to, and/or during transport due to weather or road conditions, government regulations, mechanical problems, and other causes that are beyond Montway’s control. Despite this, it is absolutely one of our requirements that the driver provides timely updates. For this driver, it was a one-time occurrence.
