I have just had my son's car transported from a state to another one. I chose Montway for their competitive prices, but I was well surprised by their excellent customer services. I got updated by mail at any step of my order in advance, also I used the chat to check on the status of the trip. I talked on the phone, by chat, or email with different Montway employees, and all of them were respectful, knowledgeable, and showed patience.
The order was really, door-to-door, and I had not issues with my order. The car was in a perfect shape. Given my experience, I do recommend Montway for professionalism, courtesy, and competitive prices.
