Hello Daniel, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. A manager has reached out to you and discussed the specific issues that we encountered with your route at this time. Unfortunately, it has caused shipment delays that were unpredictable in the current environment. We are always prepared to go above and beyond to service our customers.
