This is my second time using them & they were pretty efficient, but I would’ve appreciated more consistency & uniformity. Last time I was able to ship stuff in my car, but this time it was an extra 100.00 for the same amount of stuff despite receiving conflicting advice from one of the agents. When we were trying to troubleshoot, I was getting calls from different reps at Montway who weren’t aware that I had been already talking to the other, so it felt a little messy. Regardless, the reps were still respectful and communicated very well despite the discord. I’d still recommend this service.
