First time getting a vehicle transported. I was confused initially by the process. I thought I could just call a trucking company to pick up the vehicle and deliver it to me, it doesn't quite work that way. Montways quote was in the upper mid to high range in comparison to other quotes I had received. I scoured good and bad reviews for the top 5 transport brokers. Montway had the most consistent in my opinion so I opted for them. The driver called and set up a meetup point (the street the car was being picked up from was narrow and congested) on the date I requested. He took pictures and noted existing issues along side the person I was getting the car from prior to loading it. Although there is no automated or online system to check on the status of the car as its in route, I had the trucking companies contact as well as the drivers personal cell and could text or call at anytime. There was an estimated range of dates he expected to get in town, he arrived a day earlier. He called when he was about an hour out and we scheduled a meetup point. We both inspected the car prior to me handing over the money order for the remaining balance. Driver was very courteous and the process was smooth. Obviously Montway was the broker in the deal but the company they used Uber Haul Logistics is top notch. Would highly recommend Montway for vehicle transport!

There are thousands of trucking companies in the country and not all of them have consistent routes and/or times since we're more of a supply and demand industry.
