I contracted my way to ship two cars on enclosed carriers, both cars were picked up in pristine condition from a climate-controlled facility. When the cars were delivered 4 days later they were disgustingly dirty it had to be fully detailed. I contacted montway and was told the shipping company was within there rights and we're not responsible for the car's condition. I will never use my way again as they took the side of the shipper despite photographic evidence of the condition of the cars upon pickup and delivery
