I had two cars that needed to go from Northern California to Eastern Idaho. Everything went really smoothly. I was under the impression that I had to be there for pick up so I ended up wasting some time but I think that has more to do with the actual drivers company (Montway is a broker for them.) I wish I remembered their specific name but they were great. I ended up coordinating a key pick up and the driver made it super fast. No damage or any complaints. If you get around $1 a mile I'd say that's fair and that's what we got.

Thank you for the great review, Naumy. Customers can designate anyone in their place to release or accept the vehicle. The drivers will do an inspection of the vehicle and ask the contact to review and sign the paperwork. We'll be sure to let the truck driver know they did a great job!
