Thank you for the feedback, Jerry. I'm sorry to hear that the shipment timelines were unsatisfactory. We do our best to have vehicles picked up and delivered as soon as possible. Factors such as location, route availability, weather, and more, have large impacts on when a vehicle can be shipped. Sometimes these timelines extend beyond expectations. As part of our service agreement, we do advise that all estimates are based on similar shipment data. But dates are not guaranteed.

?For customers that have hard dates for shipment, we do offer some options. I advise speaking with a booking representative if it's an absolute requirement.
