Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear there was a payment issue. We offer two payment methods for orders. It looks like you chose our Cash on Delivery method, which indicates that cash payment is to be made to the driver at the time of delivery. We also offer the option to pay in full with a credit card. If you ship again in the future, don't hesitate to speak with our knowledgeable staff on payment type specifics. As the payment method must be finalized before a carrier is dispatched.
