I'm sorry to hear of the inconvenience. Montway provides estimated dates for all standard shipments. These estimates are based on thousands of similar orders but are not a guarantee of when a vehicle will ship. There are many factors that affect shipment timelines. As we work with many specialized carriers across the country, we may present alternative shipment options that the customer can choose.
I can see that the initial carrier did have an issue and was unable to service the shipment. Our professional dispatch team was able to quickly allocate another carrier and have the vehicle picked up the same day. We'll be sure to provide this feedback to the carrier to help improve services.
