Hello,
We're sorry to hear of the inconvenience. Please note that we're required to follow all regulatory processes when it comes to claims. As Montway is a property transportation broker. In the event that issues do occur, our team is happy to assist in the claim filing process, but cannot pass judgment.
No damage/issue exceptions were documented on the delivery bill of lading at the time of delivery. This is required by FMCSA and USDOT.
The issue was reported 6 days after delivery and the videos and photos provided were time-stamped 8 days after delivery. The driver cannot account for the days the vehicle was not in their possession.
The history report shows that there was an issue with the brakes and the brake light was on.
