Montway is fully transparent in its services as a broker. A broker is essential to our industry that deals with many independent carriers. We do our best to work with the most professional carriers out there. Being one of the only brokers in the industry to have our own carrier compliance department. We've reviewed the communication issues with the carrier. The issues indicated resulted from an improper phone number being given by the carrier. We can assure you that this has been addressed.
Yes, there are strict limits on personal items. It's important to remember that auto carriers are insured and licensed to move vehicles only. Not small personal items. Weight limits are imposed on auto carriers. Going over that limit does incur fines for the carrier. Due to this, policies are in place.
