I shipped a car halfway across the country. I had never shopped a car before. Montway’s live chat feature was incredibly helpful and the agent answered all of my questions and I had a LOT of questions. Montway was not the cheapest quote and I asked directly why they cost so much more. The car was picked up on the first day it became available and was delivered a day earlier than the estimate. I could not have asked for a smoother process . Some of my experience may have been luck or good timing but I think the higher price means drivers are more motivated. I paid around $200 to Montway and the rest in cash to the driver. The only improvement that I could suggest would be for drivers to be required to share their location throughout the trip or at specific intervals like every 8-10 hours. I will and have recommended Montway to friends.

Thank you for the review, Chanel. We encourage all our customers to ask as many questions as possible. Auto transport is pretty niche and that is exactly why we're here. As far as pricing, we base ours on many different factors, such as locations, availability, current travel situations, and more. It's important we're realistic with what the real market price is to ship at any given time. The topic of tracking is a huge one. And while we can't go into details, we can say it's an industry issue that we discuss every day. Hopefully, we're able to provide a viable solution soon.
