Hello William, we're sorry to hear that the insurance claim process does not meet your needs. Cargo claims require supporting documentation as part of the legal process. Unfortunately, no cargo insurance will pay out a claim based on a bill alone. We'd be happy to assist in the process, but we do expect that the customer follows legal procedure.
