Hello David, thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the delays. At dispatch, you were informed of the estimated transit times. And were provided the estimated pick-up dates. We can confirm that there was a delay on the pickup end. The facility ran out of pallets which pushed the pick-up back a week.
As for delivery, it was constantly reported to us and you that the carrier was unable to reach the delivery contact. The carrier made several attempts to schedule delivery. Customers must have available contacts on all ends of the shipment. Please see our terms for full details (https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions).
Our claims team has provided you instructions for proceeding with your claim. Please follow the documentation accordingly.
