Hello Jimmy, I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Not everyone ships a car every day. So we understand that most people may not be familiar with the time it can take to transport a vehicle. As an auto transport broker, our job is to locate a motor carrier that is able to accommodate your shipment. We focus on safety, qualifications, availability, timeliness, and more of the carrier. We can see that you booked your shipment with the first available pick up date of 8/11. A carrier was assigned, but unfortunately, they were having technical issues with their truck. After further inspection, it was decided that they would not be able to accommodate. And a new carrier was assigned. As vehicle safety is important, this is the decision that has to be made by a professional company. We appreciate your patience while the new carrier is routed to your locations of transport.
