Great Initial Experience With Montway

As a seasoned car guy I've uses many transporters over the last 35 years. You can just imagine the stories I could share. Why did I lean on Montway this time I'm not exactly sure. I don't think that I'd even heard much about them but I liked their website and convincing message. My insticts were solid this time as this new-to-me company did everything these promised. Conditions of note: 1 ) My actual ship date pushed out a couple of weeks after I received my quote and I was very pleaesed that the Montway folks didn't pester the hell out of me to complete the transaction 2 ) When my car was finally ready to move, the Montway Team gratiously reactivated my expired quote without any hasstle. 3 ) The greatest surprise was when I was provided the name of the carrier, name of the driver and his personal cell number. (this is very unusual) Lastly, the communication process was beyond expectation from start to finish. My car was loaded in Washington State heading to Tampa, Florida. Not a short haul by any means, and the team did face a delay that pushed the delivery out a couple of days, BUT THE DRIVER KEPT ME INFORMED which was all I need to hear. Actual delivery was flawless and both drivers did a professional job in handling my baby.
