DO NOT USE MONTWAY!! They damaged my Mercedes Benz, my car was resting on the metal of the truck and upon receipt the whole undercarriage has been destroyed. I have pictures to prove of it on the truck and the resulting damage. I spoke with them countless times and keep getting circular conversations, eventually I was told to contact the actual transport company.. NEXTRAN. Nextran has denied any responsibility and is giving me a very hard time to file any sort of a claim. THis has been going on for weeks with no accountability for thousands of dollars of damage to a beautiful Mercedes. Anyone with any questions contact me and I will be posting this everywhere to warn everyone of this horrible business. I will be seeking legal action and urge everyone to not use this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

A broker is a person or an entity that, for compensation, arranges, or offers to arrange, for the transportation of property by a motor carrier. A broker does not transport the property and does not assume responsibility for the property. A claim for cargo loss and damage must be filed with the appropriate motor carrier.
