First time using any auto transport service. Of course, read reviews for several companies. Montway was not cheapest nor most expensive. Had good reviews, has insurance, was familiar with Copart insurance auction Chicago area. My vehicle came from Copart Chicago. They walked me through process, even made sure I had the driver?s phone number! I just happened to be out of town through this entire process. So, having driver?s number helped out greatly. Vehicle arrived safely, no damage, driver was very patient and cordial. Would use again if necessary. Thanks!
