We had our car shipped from Florida to Massachusetts.It was easy to contact Montway with a few questions that I had. Monteay?s price was very reasonable and below what a few other carriers quoted us. Pick up was fine but driver tried to charge extra for bins of clothing that were in the vehicle, Montway allows up to 100 lbs. I assured driver that our clothes weighed substantial less than 100lbs. After phone call to carriers company (Not Montway) they told driver that there would not be up charge. Car arrived on time but with damage to rear bumper, I had to negotiate final payment with driver as he admitted to the damage. Montway was a great company my only issue is that the driver spoke almost no English. I will use Montway again
