Hello Michael, I am sorry to hear that our services have not met your expectations. We do our best to service shipments as quickly as possible. There are many factors that can affect driver transit times. Unfortunately, for standard shipments, we are unable to provide guarantees for the dates on which your vehicle will ship.
We typically provide shipment updates as they become available via email. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam and all mail folders. We also recommend whitelisting our email domain to ensure no important emails are lost.
Note, that Montway has no control over content posted on other websites. We would always advise individuals to check the terms of any website they post content to in order to ensure they follow those sites' terms.
