Excellent customer service from Montway in particular from Peter and Joyce but depending on which carrier you are assigned you may experience delays. Delivery for my vehicle was delayed for 5 days and there was significant difficulty from both myself and Montway in contacting the third-party carrier for an update. It was only after 10+ calls that we were able to get the contact information for the driver for an better estimate.
Would not recommend taking up Montway on including personal items in the transport as these are not covered under your agreement and if anything is stolen or missing, they nor the third-party carrier are not liable.
