Hello J, I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience with the shipment. We do our best to provide the best service possible. But with all logistics fields, there are limitations and policies that must be followed. Especially when it comes to a sick driver. They are required to follow protocols. This is one of the many reasons that we do not and cannot guarantee delivery dates or times for any reason. All transit and delivery dates are estimated. And we do not compensate for delayed shipments for any reason.
We are 100% transparent with our terms and they are always available online at montway.com. By booking an order with us, you accept and understand these terms in full.
I took a look into your order and I can confirm that we were aware of the vehicle location, as we provided that information several times. So again, we do understand the inconvenience. It's always a frustrating occurrence when delays occur. But safety is always the top priority of Montway and the carrier. And that includes driver health.
