MONTWAY Auto Transport (Broker) & Safe Auto Transport (Driver): I was a bit worried having read all the transport reviews during 3 months of planning... I narrowed my choice down to about a dozen... then came the hard part - differentiating & scoring,,, I got lots of phone calls & emails... Most were very good sales pitches... making my task much more difficult! Finally, I got my short list down to a few great ones... And, MONTWAY Auto Transport literally jumped in my face!! I called them... It was busy or after hours... Then, out of the blue comes a message saying sorry we missed you... I was looking at their request form... had started filling some of it out in order to see more... And; suddenly I get a sales call from an agent that was watching me fill in the form (taking my time). The rest is history... He took control & verbally filled in the form at his end (not letting me get away). I ended up with buyer's remorse that I really did not check my other leaders... END RESULT: FANTASTIC A+ They blew me away (I was really worried)... I gave a pickup date and had to have my sister-in-law in IL drive the car around to burn the gas tank down to 1/4 full (a shipping requirement). Then, I changed the date at the last moment and said pick it up now... MONTWAY Auto Transport did not even flinch on a Friday... they had a driver assigned within a hour... then weather got the best and they had to assign another driver... then weather got the best and they had to assign another driver (WINNER). That driver from Safe Auto Transport was FANTASTIC A+ and helped get MONTWAY Auto Transport a big WIN!! The third driver was on the ball & contacted my pickup person in IL and me in UT; keeping us updated on his exact schedule... started with Monday pickup & narrowed it down as he approached... Pickup at the local Walmart Super Center parking lot was painless & quick... He was obviously an expert! He continued to keep me updated as he drove across toward UT; again narrowing the delivery time down the closer he got... He arrived at my local Walmart Super Center exactly on the dot of his last predicted time!! An EXPERT DRIVER in every way!! The car was fine with no drama (just a bit of road dirt/grease). I was RELIEVED!! MONTWAY Auto Transport had picked a SUPER EXPERT DRIVER from Safe Auto Transport! They all did their job and I got my car well before I expected, from all the drama I had read about with others.
