I hired Montway to move my car from eastern PA to southern CA. I had never used a car transport service before. I called 3 companies to compare quotes. All 3 companies had competitive pricing but what made Montway stand out is they called me and walked me through the process over the phone every step of the way. The other 2 companies only communicated through email and did not return my calls as I emailed and called all 3 companies to start the process. I had many questions and needed to TALK with a live person and not email. They delivered the car ontime undamaged and kept me in the loop during the process. The carrier driver they sent was very professional and accommodating. I recommend Montway 100% and will use them again when I need to transport a vehicle.
