I was in communication with Montway for two months before a recent motorcycle trip from Atlanta to Spokane. Montway assured me that they would be able to transport my bike from Spokane to Atlanta. I made the trip and left my bike at a Spokane dealership as agreed to by Montway, They assured me they would let me know when they had a carrier.. I called several time over the next two weeks and they assured me they were looking for a carrier and would let me know when they found one. After two weeks I pressed them to let me know how long it would take. The representative had to discuss with supervisor. They called me back and said they could not transport the bike. Their excuse was "sometimes this happens." I am still in shock and the dishonesty of this company and the total lack of integrity. I was able to secure alternate shipping in under 24 hours, something I could have done two weeks earlier if Montway has been honest. Beware dealing with these crooks. They will say ANYTHING to get your business. I will NEVER do business with them again. Totally unreliable .

Motorcycle logistics is an incredibly specialized field. Unfortunately, your service area is seeing substantially less availability at this time. Well beyond anticipated. Such situations are, unfortunately, not within anyone's control. This is one of the many reasons we cannot and do not promise or guarantee delivery dates for motorcycle orders. We provided alternative options that would be effective in getting your bike moved. But it seems you have declined. We're sorry this did not work out for you.
