I have used Montway twice, with the same car, in the last six months. First from the SF Bay Area to Syracuse, NY, then from Syracuse to Boston. In both cases the price was fair, the service (on the phone) was friendly, knowledgeable, and direct. I was able to meet the first driver -- on both ends of the country -- and he was professional, friendly and skilled. My son met the second driver for the second trip, and an agent in Boston met the second driver for reception. I did, however, text the second driver and was very impressed with his courtesy and timeliness. I will certainly use Montway again, quite possibly with this same car, and quite possibly reversing these routes.
